Pixel Adventure

A 2D platform game developed in C# with the XNA Framework, supported by a custom game engine created for a university Game Architecture module.

Pixel Adventure is a 2D platform game developed as coursework for the Computer Game Architecture module.

The player progresses through multiple levels, collects items to increase the final score and uses power-ups to gain temporary abilities, such as increased jump height or additional health.

Alongside the game itself, the project focused on the design of a structured game engine, exploring reusable systems, game architecture and the separation of core gameplay logic from engine-level functionality.
